The link below is a list of CNA training program in the state of Wyoming. This list is maintained by the Wyoming Department of Health, Office of Healthcare Licensing and Surveys. This department is responsible for CNA program approval.
List of Active Nurse Aide Training Programs in Wyoming
The Office of Healthcare Licensing and Surveys (OHLS) maintains a registry of all nursing assistants who are certified to provide services in longterm care facilities and swing beds licensed by the Wyoming Department of Health.
A CNA must be listed on the registry in order to work in these facilities. If you have questions or problems, please contact OHLS at 307-777-7123.

Clarification of 90 Day Temporary Permit vs 120 Day Temporary Permit
90 day temporary permit
CNA applicants who are applying for certification by ENDORSEMENT in Wyoming will receive a one-time 90 day temporary permit when their application packet is submitted and proof is provided of a current CNA certification from another state.
The CNA may not work in Wyoming without a temporary permit.
120 day temporary permit
CNA applicants who are applying for certification by EXAMINATION in Wyoming will receive a one-time 120 day temporary permit.
The applicant has two choices in regards to the issuing of a temporary permit:
(1) The applicant has the option of having their temporary permit issued upon WSBN’s receipt of the official CNA course completion list.
(2) The applicant has the option of having their temporary permit issued at a later date.
GNA permits become invalid if the applicant fails any portion of the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) examination.
