Initial Instructions

The following instructions describe the preliminary steps of verifying your State Profile login credentials, reviewing important details for your type of license, and logging in to begin the renewal process. Please review these three steps before proceeding away from this page.

Step 1: State Profile. In order to complete an on-line renewal you must have a State On-Line Services Profile. Your state profile is used to provide a secure login and identify you in the WSBN Licensing System.

** IMPORTANT ** Your first and last name entered on the state profile must match your first and last name on record with WSBN (as it appears on your license). This is how we match your secure login to your existing license record.

  • If you already have a State Profile with Login ID and Password, proceed to Step 2: License Type Details and continue the renewal process.
  • If you do not have a State Profile, you will need to set up a new profile. You will be prompted to enter identifying information about yourself and set up your Login ID and Password. This Login ID and Password will then be used for the WSBN renewal process. After setting up your State Profile, return to the WSBN web site (this screen) and begin your on-line renewal as described below in Step 2.
  • If you already have a State Profile, but forgot your Login ID or Password, follow the links for Forget Login ID? or Forget Password? on the On-Line Services web site. If you are having trouble with your State Login ID and password, please call 307-777-7400.
Step 2: License Type Details. Click the 'Next' button at the top or bottom of this screen and select the type of license you are renewing. Each license type option describes specific regulatory requirements for this renewal period. Please review this information thoroughly as it is important to prevent delays in processing your renewal.
Step 3: Login. Proceed to the On-Line Renewal Login Screen to enter your State On-Line Services Profile Login ID and Password. If you do not know your Login ID and Password, please refer to Step 1. You will also need to include your license type and license number for accurate identification.
